Why Is Alignment Important? |
|
Proper alignment in the body is crucial for a number of reasons.
First and foremost, alignment is important because it is the nature of the body's design -- our bodies are designed symmetrically from left to right and with natural curves from front to back. What you can expect on your first visit at Back2Health Chiropractic. Before seeing any of the therapists at Back2Health, you will need to fill out a few forms. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete this task. We are very detail-oriented at Back2Health, and want to make sure we have your complete health history so that our treatment and recommendations can be as effective as possible. Loose clothing is best suited for your first appointment. Most patients are comfortable in what they would typically work out in. So, a t-shirt and shorts will do fine. If you are a runner, please bring the shoes you’ve been running in. |
