Vincent Wang is a registered acupuncturist in BC and also uses herbs and cupping as treatment options from his vast knowledge and experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He obtained his PhD in Chinese medicine at The University of Hong Kong. He has published 24 peer review papers and 5 internal papers in the Chinese medicine field. He has more than ten years teaching and clinical experience before joining the team at Back2Health.
He used network pharmacological method to explore the multi-therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Chinese medicine for treating osteoporosis and menopause and published scientific papers to introduce his findings.
He also successful extracted a protein from Dioscorea opposite that can stimulate ovary granulosa cell to secret estradiol, which indicated that the protein may have a potential to relieve menopausal symptoms. This protein was patented and may become a supplement to relieve
