Core Stuff

In association with The Kitsilano Workout (a local fitness club), Back2Health Chiropractic has created a group fitness class called the Chiro Class.  

In a structured environment, we teach postural awareness, balance, core strengthening and flexibility. 

The participants are often advised to incorporate relaxation and stress-reduction techniques. 

Many members of this class have reported improvements in postural strength and coordination, which has helped them to create better alignment, and as a result, decrease many of their chronic aches and pains. 

For your benefit, the doctor also makes himself available to answer any health-related questions at the end of the class.  In addition, if there is room in his schedule, ask him to perform a complimentary postural and neuromuscular assessment on site at Kitsilano Workout -- it's included in your membership! 

This is one of the many ways in which we at Back2Health take the opportunity to give back to our local community.
